TERMS OF SERVICE

⛧GENERAL TERMS⛧

● I have the right to decline service to you for any reason. There are no exceptions at all.
● Be as clear and direct as possible when contacting me and giving me information. I will not answer to "Hi" or anything miniscule. Please state your reason for contacting me and provide me with as much information as possible.
● Please provide a visual reference of what you want. The more detailed and the more references you give, the better.
● Visual examples of clothing, accessories, backgrounds, expressions, etc are very useful and help me better understand what you want. These are optional but are encouraged.
● Any characters involved must be owned by you or have proof of permission for usage.

⛧ACCEPTIONS & LIMITATIONS⛧

Here is a list of themes that I can/won't complete:

⛧PROCESS⛧

● Commission queue goes by a first-come-first-serve basis. I will start on your commission in the order of which it is recieved and complete it as soon as possible.
● The general process of art completion is sketch ➝ lines ➝ color ➝ rendering ➝ background (if applicable)
● Commissions are worked on whenever I have free time and have access to my materials. Due to personal life necessities, this means completion can take anywhere between a few days to a few months depending on what you have ordered, the order of which it is recieved, complexity, and number of characters involved.

⛧W.I.Ps/ALTERATIONS⛧

● Once the order has started, I will send W.I.Ps (work in progress) to communicate approval and any additions/changes that are needed.
● Changes/additions will ONLY be done during the sketch period or before solidification of whatever stage I am working on. Once line art has been started, I will not make any major alterations to anatomy unless deemed minor enough to perform without extended time. PLEASE alert me of changes and alterations before the art has been progressed.
● Once the piece has been finished, further alterations will not be implimented.

⛧PAYMENT⛧

● Payment must be done in full before the commission has started. I will not begin working until I have received payment. I will not negotiate payment plans.
● Slots/queue placement will ONLY be confirmed upon payment. I will not put placements on hold.
● I will only accept USD. I will decline anything that is not strictly USD.
● I accept payment through Zelle, and Cashapp ONLY. If through Zelle, please select "personal" under recipient type.

⛧COPYRIGHT POLICY⛧

● I, the artist, hold every right to the produced art piece.
● I am allowed to use the copyrighted art to;◆ Promote myself on any platform or website
◆ Use for porfolio purposes or examples
◆ Share on any platform or websiteThe commissioner is allowed to;◆ Use artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise
◆ Claim the right to characters involved but NOT the art itself
◆ Make physical copies of the artwork for personal use
◆ Use artwork for self promotional purposes with proper credit givenCopyright infringement is as follows:◆ Using the artwork for commercial purposes and making profit off of it
◆ Removing/altering watermarks or signatures
◆ Claiming full or partial credit for the creation of the artwork
◆ Making any alterations without my consent, ESPECIALLY alterations deemed offensive/harmful/distasteful

⛧REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS⛧

● Refunds are only done if I am completely incapable of finishing your commission. It is the commissioner's responsibility to notify me of dissatisfaction in the early stages of the artwork before it is finished.
● The commissioner has no right to demand a refund under any condition after payment is received. It is the responsibility of the commissioner to be financially prepared before agreeing upon payment.
● The commissioner has a right to cancel the order ONLY if the payment has not been sent yet.
● Refunds that are conducted in the middle of completion will be adjusted based off of the work that has been provided. This will vary for each customer.
● If a chargeback is filed, all rights to any artwork I have done for said commissioner will be revoked and the commissioner will not be allowed to order from me again.

⛧ADDITIONAL INFO⛧

● I do not have specific work days. I will work on your order whenever I am able to as this is not my primary job.
● Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated.
● You must be 18 or older to order a commission from me regardless of the themes involved.

By commissioning me, you have agreed to all of my terms of service and accept them in all its entirety.
